I had awsome day tday
 went jogging with my friend and then after hour jog and  snack  i went  work out on my shoulders and calves...
Bit tired now but feels great ...LOVE   that feeling when i done something good for my body and shape ...

MY TDAY DIET
Breakfest 100g oats  cooked   and mixed with  strawberry protein powder....small cofee and skim milk
snack  no 1 orange
Lunch ...2chicken breast  with mixed salat, tomatoes ,corn and 50grams of rice ...
2nd snack cottage  with  diet yogurt
Dinner  same as lunch

what a diet day with great work outs ... feels  great ...
